Payment Terms
- 20% along with order booking

- Balance 50% along with security deposit by Oct 31,2007
Early Bird Discount

Special Additional Discount
* 5% on net value after discount for 100% payment along with security deposit
by Feb 2007
Security Deposit - 10% on net rental amount payable
along with the last installment.
